We specialize in local and adapted perennial flowers and native trees. We also keep a seasonal selection of cactus, succulants, herbs, and vegetable starters on hand. Our plants are almost exclusively locally grown and we focus on varieties that are drought and deer resistant (if there is such a thing). We have aimed to help make difficult plant decisions easier by featuring the stock we sell in our own on-site gardens. This allows you to see size, color, sprawl, etc. in a natural setting. Also to help in your gardening adventures we offer locally made microbial dirt, organic fertilizers, and other gardening supplies.

At sol'stice garden expressions we believe your yard, spread, patio, back porch, garden... any outdoor space can and should be a personal expression of you. Whimsical, chaotic, formal, etc. all have fantastic manifestations in context of landscaping. We would love to help you express yourself.
Our guiding principle is to work together with the unique lay of 'your land' and embrace its natural potential. The dynamic nature of weather, wild life, plants, and Earth insure an ever evolving mosaic of color, contrast, and change. Our approach to landscape design is to work in cohort with these forces to create spaces that embrace change and naturalize with time.
* Our design philosophy. We view any space as a mosaic of many distinct and separate spaces... corners of shape, vistas, draws, and so forth. We work with you on a specific section of your space and design an extension of its natural beauty. It is common for our designs to incorporate water features, decorative gates, fire pits, and sculpture. Visit our gallery to view examples of these features and to discuss your landscape objectives. In house consultation is free and welcome. On location consultations are available by appointment and are performed at cost (time & travel).
